60 Minute Discovery Session

Service Description

The Discovery Session is where we begin to explore you. Who are you? What matters most? What are your values? I guide you through tools and exercises to start building the foundation from which we begin our coaching. I discover your learning style, your vision of success and what it means to you, and we explore what would change for you when you achieve your goal. With an expanded self-awareness, you decide your specific goal for the future coaching session series, which is what we call the Big A agenda. Throughout, we continue to build on our relationship of trust, authenticity and honesty.
